Sales staff patiently helped with a number of questions as we chose our sofa. The style is great and the delivery was in under a week, which compares with much longer periods for similar sofas at other shops. This particular model has a light pine frame, not made for kids to jump around on a lot or that kind of thing, but sturdy enough and easily moveable for using in different spots. The upholstery is linen. Was emailed a range of color choices. Anticipated some offgassing but a sensitive air filter we put beside it isn’t picking up any as it has with other newly delivered furniture. Overall a good experience and nice product, thanks!
